Hello WomanSavers members!
I am a 3rd degree Certified Black Belt Instructor who
believes every woman deserves to be armed with confidence. As a
women’s self-empowerment expert, I have trained thousands of women
how to recognize danger and avoid it. Whether you are 8 or 88, you
do not need to be a victim.
With over 12 years of training in the soft martial arts, I
teach that size and strength can be overcome by finesse, technique
and awareness. I co-own Atlas Martial Arts in Scottsdale, AZ, which
has recently introduced Kick N’ Click, the online training academy.
You can spend 5 minutes a day learning something new.
My expertise has been featured on NBC, and I am often hired by
Fortune 500 companies to educate the staff on personal safety;
especially important for women walking through parking garages.
I teach women to recognize their intuition and then trust
it. This is especially important for women that do online dating.
Confidence is what gives you the courage to get out of bad
situations before they are unrecoverable.
Scary statistics show:
-A woman is raped every 90 seconds in the U.S.
-A woman suffers from a physical assault every 8 seconds.
-One out of every 3 women will be a victim of physical or sexual
assault in her lifetime.
-3 or 4 women are murdered each day by their spouse or boyfriend.
-Each year, over 1300 women are killed as a result of domestic
violence.
I am a member of the American Women’s Self-Defense Association
as well as a Board Member of the National Association of Women
Business Owners in Phoenix. It is my goal to inspire women to be
empowered!
